Should You Do A Patch Test?

YES!! Even though all natural ingredients are less likely to cause any reactions, we recommend a patch test, especially if you haven't come into contact with any of our ingredients before.

Perform a skin patch test and wait 24 hours, if the skin becomes irritated, please immediately discontinue use.

Do NOT purchase our products if you're allergic to essential oils.

Do Our Products Have An Expiry Date?

Our Products Have A Limited Shelf Life:

Use the Edges growth serum within 12 months after receiving.
Use the Hair growth serum within 12 months after receiving.
Use the Hot oil treatment within 12 months after receiving.
Use the Rice water spray within 3 months after receiving (store in the fridge).
Use the Avocado hair mask within 14 days after you receive it (store in the fridge).
Use the Shea hair butter within 12 months after receiving.
Use the Chebe Growth butter within 12 months after receiving.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, tracking numbers are sent out along with a confirmation email as soon as your item(s) are shipped.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed + shipped.

Are Naturally Me Products Unisex?

YES! All items listed on the site are unisex.

Can Naturally Me Products Be Used On Children?

Our Hair Care Collections is 100% Natural and can be used on children 1 year+
