We are not responsible for any allergic reactions when using our products, we ask customers to please read product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order as there is a full ingredients list there.

In unlikely circumstances - if you receive an order that is incorrect or flawed in any way, please send us an email (Naaturallyme@gmail.com) - we will be more than happy to assist you.
Naturally Me are not responsible for orders that have been lost in transit, returned to sender due to incomplete addresses or orders that have claimed to be delivered but have not been. Please contact the courier (Royal Mail) with the tracking information we provide.
We encourage customers to checkout using Next Day shipping as it is fully tracked + insured by Royal Mail, see shipping policy for more details.
