Shipping policy

Naturally Me currently ship Worldwide, we use Royal Mail 1st class shipping (tracked if outside the UK) as our standard shipping.

Orders take 1-6 business days to be made, processed and shipped. The prices of our products exclude shipping. For UK orders over £40 - you receive free shipping! Orders take 1-6 business days to be made, processed and shipped. 

If your order has been shipped via 'Express Shipping' you should receive it in approximately 1-4 business days. 

If your order has been shipped via 'Next Day Shipping' you should receive it the following business day. 

Express shipping is £1.99, it should be insured by Royal Mail against loss, damages etc.

You will receive full tracking information with the dispatch email, please ensure your email address + home address are correct before checking out!

 

Please Note: Naturally Me are not responsible for orders that have been lost in transit, returned to sender due to incomplete addresses or orders that have claimed to be delivered but have not been. Please contact the courier (Royal Mail) with the tracking information we provide.
